TGIF! It's friday the 13th today and we had nothing to do after school thus we decided to make Oreo balls! You've prolly seen us eating Oreo balls on our Triple Birthday Bash! This recipe is substantially a lot cheaper than an Oreo cheese cake because you will only be needing 4 ingredients! You need a half bar of cream cheese, a pack of Oreo cookies, melted chocolate and sugar! Scroll down to check the step by step tutorial with pictures below! :D

First thing you have to do is to crush the Oreo cookies! It's up to you if you want to crush it in a steel plate, but what we did was we crush it while the cookies were still inside the plastic package. Next will be creaming the cream cheese! Yes, it is already called cream cheese but it still has a bar structure and what we desire to get is something like creamy liquid. :3
Also add an ample amount of sugar because the cream cheese tends to taste a little sour. Just add a little amount then try tasting it if it's already sweet enough for you, you could always add more if you think it's not yet sufficient. Then mix the cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies! The mixture will give structure for the Oreo balls so make sure to mix them well! :3
After mixing the the cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies, it's time to form the ball structure! It's the fun part of doing this recipe but make sure you have clean hands! Grab a spoonful of the mixture then put it on your palm and start doing a rolling motion using your hands! Try to squeeze the ball a little harder so that the crushed cookies will hold more and won't be wrecked. :D
Another fun part is coating the Oreo balls! If you're not going to coat the Oreo balls, it'll look like a Chinese candy that you wouldn't want to try. So it's better to coat it with chocolate or crinkles confectioners' sugar! Don't rush on coating the balls because you might destroy the spherical structure of it. :D
After coating all of the Oreo balls with chocolate, leave it for a while on the ref for the melted chocolate to dry or if you want it chilled then leave it overnight! You'll know once the chocolate is dry because the texture will be matte. :3
It's so easy to make one right? Do try making one if you have time this Christmas break! We've been really busy with a lot of school projects this quarter! Can't wait to take a holiday break! Please tell us your thoughts about this recipe if you make one! Comment below or share it on our facebook! :D
