75th Anniversary of CKSC

Chiang Kai Shek College is celebrating its 75th Foundation Anniversary and we ensured to pay a visit to our alma mater! Luckily, the celebration was scheduled in a Sunday night! Nothing hindered us from visiting our old school! For this year's anniversary, CKSC once again created an event which has a bonfire set-up or party! The last time they did this was two years ago when the school earned eight succeeding championships. They offered it as a tribute to the victors. They even had a buffet for everyone back then. Perhaps a buffet could no longer cater the alumni, students and teachers of the school. Plus, the food booths will be out of customers in case there was food for free. xD

The school prepared a bunch of gimmicks such as bonfire, fireworks display and performance numbers! They also invited some celebrities and performers to keep everyone entertained! The bonfire before was quite bigger and the circle or people surrounding the bonfire was also missing this year. The fireworks display was seemingly more enthralling because everyone stopped and looked up as soon as the firecracker light sparkled and eventually the noisy sound started! (Light travels faster than sound, pretty much what we learned in high school physics! Hahaha!)

We were able to reunite with our friends in high school! It was fun meeting and chatting with old friends again! Visiting our alma mater made us miss our high school life. All the memories suddenly hit us and then realization comes next. High school is actually full of fun despite the drama that you'll have to deal with. When you're in high school, you have that thinking that you want to finish it as soon as possible. Something similar with a teen wanting to be an adult instantaneously. But when the time you're finally through it, you'll get this epiphany that you shouldn't have clicked the fast forward button. Just like life, do you want to end it the next day? Or food, do you want to finish your food with only two bites? Take it slowly, have some fun and seize every moment!
